Clients can view all current transactions and transaction history—including invoices, credits, and payments—by logging in and viewing all transaction information under the Billing tab in the navigation menu.
Transaction data and history is sorted by date, with the most recent at the top. The status column will indicate the status of a specific line item or transaction.
Paid invoices are listed as Paid, while unpaid invoices are listed as Awaiting Payment. Any credits that are not allocated will be listed as Awaiting Payment.
To View an Invoice, Credit Note, or Payment Details:
Nav->Billing
Select Transactions from the drop down menu
Select the record of the item you wish to view
To pay unpaid invoices, select the invoice from the list, scroll down to the bottom of the invoice, and proceed to Pay Online.
