Clients can add, modify, and update all credit cards on file by logging in and viewing all credit card information under the Billing tab in the navigation menu. 


Easily set a new card as default, or add a new card to your list. Simply select “Edit” or “Set as Default” to make modifications. Removing all card details will jeopardize lesson scheduling, as we do require cards on file for most service plans. 


To Add a Credit Card:

  1. Nav->Billing

  2. Select Credit Cards from the drop down menu

  3. Select “Add Card” on the right rail. 


To Modify an Existing Card:

  1. Nav->Billing

  2. Select Credit Cards from the drop down menu

  3. Select “Edit” of the card you wish to modify.


To Set a Card as Default Payment Method:

  1. Nav->Billing

  2. Select Credit Cards from the drop down menu

  3. Select “Set as Default” of the card you wish to set.
