In order for a cancelled lesson to be eligible for rescheduling, the office must receive notice before 5pm the day prior to the lesson. If the office is not notified, or is notified after 5pm the day prior, the lesson will be forfeited and not eligible for any rescheduling or reallocation.
Provided sufficient advance notice is given, a cancelled lesson will be eligible for rescheduling and subject to teacher availability. The rescheduled lesson must be completed by the end of the monthly billing cycle in which it was cancelled. In this case, for lessons scheduled on a month to month basis, the rescheduled lesson must be completed before the end of the month. If the lesson is not rescheduled or reallocated prior to the end of the billing cycle, the lesson will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.
If the teacher is able to accommodate a rescheduled lesson in-home, the lesson will not be eligible for reschedule a second time. If the teacher is not available to reschedule the lesson in-home, additional options including reallocation are available to the student.
