In order for a cancelled online lesson to be eligible for rescheduling, the office must receive notice a minimum of 6 hours prior to the lesson. If the office is not notified, or is notified less than 6 hours prior, the lesson will be forfeited and not eligible for any rescheduling or reallocation. A forfeited lesson will count against the subscription balance.
Provided sufficient advance notice is given, a cancelled lesson will be eligible for rescheduling and subject to teacher availability. The rescheduled lesson must be completed by the end of the subscription billing cycle. In this case, for online lessons scheduled on a subscription plan, the rescheduled lesson must be completed before the end of the subscription term. If the lesson is not rescheduled or reallocated prior to the end of the subscription term, the lesson will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.
