Payment may be declined when processing is attempted through auto-pay, or when remitting payment manually online.
If payment is declined as a result of an attempted auto-pay transaction, an auto-email will be sent out detailing the attempted transaction with a link to update your billing information.
If the card was declined as a result of a manual payment attempt, the payment screen will indicate the card details are not valid and no payment was processed.
Payment is required in advance of lesson services. If payment is declined and no card details are updated or payment remitted before the next lesson, the lessons or subscription will be cancelled until payment receipt.
