Refunds will be issued, by request, for teacher cancellations only (excluding online packages and subscriptions). Refunds will not be issued for student cancellations, and credits will not be applied to subsequent invoices or billing periods.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and will be applied to the card used for the original transaction. If the refund transaction is rejected by the clients credit card bank (due to expiration, cancelled card, etc.), a check will be issued and sent to the address on file.
