We try to always be accessible to students whether we’re in a lesson, a class, or after the lessons and classes are over. Questions come at all hours of the day, and we want to make sure that your questions are answered!


There are a few different ways to connect with us after a class has ended. You can visit our website at www.forbesmusic.com, and use the live chat tool to ask questions. We’ll do our best to respond promptly, and get you the answers you need as soon as possible.


Should we be unavailable or away from our desk, you can also email us at [email protected], and we should be able to get back with you within 1-2 business days (usually sooner). Need help with a technique or concept? Ask away, we’ll get you answers!


We also have a great option called online Office Hours. Office Hours are packages of 15-minute help sessions. For those students who take online classes, it’s a great add-on to make sure you’re getting the extra one-on-one help you need with an instructor, either after the class or in between classes. 


If an individual class seems to generate a significant amount of questions for you, we also recommend signing up for the same class again! Chances are, you will never have the same class experience twice, even with the same class topic. There are so many nuances in music learning that each class is sure to be a new experience. This will also give you the chance to ask the instructor all your questions!
